The Economic Solutions Group appointed Fudge to overhaul and update
the technology behind the not-for-profit group’s family of websites, as part
of an ambitious plan to entirely revamp and bring together the group’s
online presence.
Economic Solutions has commissioned Fudge on the back of a number of
technically demanding projects that demonstrated the agency’s technical aptitude
and ability to manage and deliver the complex rollout of 10 separate websites and linked-in systems. This technical development will consolidate Economic Solutions’ commercial proposition for delivering business support services to the public, private and third sectors by enhancing accessibility and overall transactional capability.
Fudge have worked very much as part of Economic Solutions’ web development
team who have kept the visual site design work with its in-house designers.
The suite of websites will feature 4 ‘parent sites’, and up to 17 separate ‘child sites’.
Each site will need to interact with each other to allow the group to cross-sell its
comprehensive range of services.
The sites will be rolled out throughout the 1st quarter of 2009.
Angie Robinson, Chief Executive of Greater Manchester Chamber said…
“We’re delighted with the work Fudge have done on the new Chamber website.
Most importantly they have built us the ability to easily manage the site in-house,
meaning we can easily tailor it to our needs and keep it regularly updated – Which
has had a massive effect on the amount of visits we receive.
It’s become a real hub of activity since its launch, helping us to engage with
members interactively, keeping them up fully up to date with our news and
getting their feedback on Chamber activity.”
